This Human Spaceflight Timeline contains about all the human spaceflight missions as well as a large part of missions related to human spaceflight like for example support missions, test flights etc.
The level of details varies wildly across the entire timeline. Some areas contain just the mission with its start and end times (mostly the early years) while other areas are quite detailed, especially those missions involving space stations (look at the Salyut 6 and 7 period). I continue to add detail and are continuously experiment with adding categories to filter events so that global overviews as well as details of missions can be selected.
